Shipping

Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. This timeframe ensures all items are carefully prepared before shipment.

Domestic Shipping (Japan)
Estimated delivery time: 4–7 business days.
All domestic orders are shipped free of charge.

Tracking
A shipping confirmation including a tracking number will be sent via email once the order has been dispatched.

International Shipping
International shipping is available. Costs and delivery times vary depending on the destination. Customers are advised to contact us at info@tanakabags.com before placing an international order. All customs duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.


Returns

Return Period
Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery. Requests outside this period cannot be accepted.

Eligibility
Items must be unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging.

Return Process
To initiate a return, email info@tanakabags.com with your order number and reason for return. Return instructions will be provided. Return shipping is at the customer's expense. All returns must be sent to our fulfillment partner in Asia.


Refunds

Inspection & Approval
After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund via email.

Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Delayed or Missing Refunds
If your refund is delayed, please:

  • Recheck your bank account.

  • Contact your credit card company.

  • Contact your bank.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. For exchange requests, contact info@tanakabags.com with relevant details.


Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to the recipient, a gift credit will be issued for the value of the returned item. A gift certificate will be emailed once the return is received.
